The ubiquitous presence of north-American media culture has filled my life with the faces of people I encounter more often than those of my close friends. I am made to feel I know them intimately. And yet, I know these faces as images only— as façades, as virtualities... Ever After is series of photographs of some of the ‘celebrity couples’ that seem to have become the ‘icons’ of our time.

These photographs currently exist as analog C-prints of 25 x 38 inches. However, I intend to print these much larger in order to make the image transcend the parameters of representation into a more ephemeral psychedelic visual experience.
